Reservations must be made by February 16, 2024, in order to receive the discounted group rate. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from guests after this date, however, rooms will be at the prevailing rate and subject to availability. LADC Board Meeting will be held Saturday, March 2nd.

 A full refund will be given up to a month before the event. A 50% refund will be given up to the week before the event. Refunds will not be given a week from the event.
