Annual Meeting Canceled - 3/24/20

In an abundance of caution, the LADC is cancelling the 2020 LADC Annual Meeting which was to be held at the Atlantis Resort, Nassau, The Bahamas, April 29-May 3, 2020. The U.S. State Department’s issuance of a Level 4 – no international travel determination on Thursday, March 19, 2020, and the CDC’s (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) issuance of recommendation of no gatherings of 50 or more for a period of 8 weeks, issued on Sunday, March 15, 2020, weighed heavily in the decision of the LADC. While we are confident that the event would have been successful, the primary focus of the LADC in situations such as these is the health, safety and well-being of its members. If you have registered for the 2020 LADC Annual Meeting your registration fees will be refunded in full.  You will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. If there is anything I can do for you or if you have any questions please give me a call.  Kimberly Zibilich 504-236-9969
