The line-up will include the Honorable James D. Cain, Jr. (U.S.D.C. Western District of Louisiana – Lake Charles Division), LADC Insurance Practice Group member Brian L. Coody (Stockwell, Sievert, Viccellio, Clements & Shaddock, L.L.P.) and LADC Environmental & Energy Law Practice Group Chair Lee H. Ayres (Ayres, Shelton, Williams, Benson & Paine, LLC).  Judge Cain will offer a judicial perspective, while Brian & Lee offer insurance advocate perspectives.  The group will discuss good faith claims handling in the face of multi-claim hurricane litigation, how to maneuver through the mediation process and the MMA aftermath, as well as recent rulings on hurricane litigation and insurer behavior.
