Calculating Reasonable Value of Medical Losses in Turbulent Times

August 6, 2021

The LADC is happy to offer this CLE free of charge to all attendees of our Annual Awards Dinner.

Medical losses are expected to mount as the global pandemic intensifies, some directly attributable to COVID-19 and others indirectly related.  It is well known in the field of economics that medical charges are not indicative of reasonable value, the typical standard for medical losses.  We will present some background and methodology on how to covert medical charges from past and future medical bills to reasonable value.
