Bio: Dan Lund is in his element when he is standing in a courtroom. When clients have construction disputes that require litigation, they trust Dan and his three decades of experience to take the difficult cases to trial. While managing the courtroom strategies, he also calms his clients’ litigation fears through constant communication and updates of everything happening throughout the trial process. Dan practices in construction litigation with a focus on construction and surety litigation. He represents general contractors, major subcontractors,
sureties, public and private owners, and wireless telecommunications carriers and owners of telecommunications infrastructure.
