Resilient Lawyer Presentation

August 23, 2022

The LADC is excited to offer a complimentary Zoom seminar to our members on August 23 starting at noon.

The purpose of the resilient lawyer presentation is to leave you with some food for thought on how stress and anxiety affect you and your habits on a personal level and on a professional level. The presentation will hopefully get you thinking about your stress triggers, how do you know if it is stress or anxiety? Are your coping skills helping you or hurting you? What can you do about the ones that are unhealthy? And finally how can JLAP play a part in your mental health care plan.

Presented by Jenifer Gros and complimentary for members.
